The artist did very well the representation of our dogs, more than happy but after that was a mess! Delivery was a mess and paid extra (complete waste of money, would’ve been easier to have collected it), finally got our item on the limit of delivery time but real lack of information from Pet Creations and FedEx, left me rather disappointed overall! So don’t expect prompt delivery!
