The artist has done a great job they look just like her dogs! customer service team was very helpful. I had the pictures changed slightly to meet my requirements and they were made accordingly. Really happy with my picture, they let me keep making small alternations and not once made me feel difficult. I changed the photo of one of my bunnies and also made small adjustments a few times until I was happy. Once I was happy with it, it was printed and arrived in just a few days. Love it

The artist did very well the representation of our dogs, more than happy but after that was a mess! Delivery was a mess and paid extra (complete waste of money, would’ve been easier to have collected it), finally got our item on the limit of delivery time but real lack of information from Pet Creations and FedEx, left me rather disappointed overall! So don’t expect prompt delivery!
