Refund Policy

At Pet Creations Art we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

We will work with you until you are happy with your artwork and can make as many changes as required until you are happy with your preview.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at support@petcreationsart.com and we will make it right.

If you change your mind about your order, you must notify us via email at support@petcreationsart.com within 2 hours after placing your order. (If you message us via social media, text or any other method, you will not be eligible for a refund) We typically start drawing your portrait not long after your order has been placed to keep up with our demand. If you notify us after this timeframe, you will be eligible for a store credit minus a $27 fee per character.

Sallie and Sophia spend hours hand drawing each piece of art and offer 'Free Unlimited Revisions' to ensure you are happy with your artwork. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your artwork, you will be eligible for a store credit minus a $27 fee per character. Please note, we are not able to offer any refunds for our fully custom backgrounds.

We offer a service, and services are not refundable. We do, however offer drawing revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration in order to change whatever the customer doesn't like. If merchandise products are received damaged or broken, we will organize for a replacement product to be sent to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.
